Description/Content:

This master class explores the challenges heads of internal audit face when working closely with business leaders, peers in other risk and compliance functions and their audit teams to manage their time effectively. It is aimed to refresh and strengthen stakeholder management skills and also understand a positive and ethical approach to political savvy ways of working.
